How we work
Shape the project. See it through.
A way of working that connects information, design and decisions. You can come in at whatever stage you need.
Studies
Understand the situation and weigh the options.
Assessments, surveys, market and demand studies, feasibility and models.
OutputOrganized information for the decision, with assumptions and criteria stated up front.
Design
Define the solution and the conditions to implement it.
Scopes, functional programs, organization, architecture and engineering, investment models and agreements, as each engagement requires.
OutputA technical and management framework you can put to work.
Implementation support
Organize implementation and the decisions along the way.
Coordination, project management, deliverable control and team support.
OutputA record of progress, deviations and actions against the responsibilities we've taken on.
What changes for you
From a problem to a project you can decide on.
How we start
A conversation first. Then the proposal.
A fit conversation
We work to understand the decision, who's involved, the urgency and the constraints. If we're not the right firm for it, we'll tell you.
A study or assessment, if needed
If the problem needs research, we propose a study or assessment with its own scope and deliverables.
A proposal with options
We compare ways of working and responsibilities. Each stage has its own scope and a go/no-go decision.
Options
Three ways to engage us.
The options frame the conversation; they aren't fixed packages. If the problem has already been studied, we start with design or implementation support.
Institutional proposals
For multilateral lenders and governments.
We submit technical proposals against each call's terms of reference, with the team and track record the program requires.
We pair a short executive summary with the technical and financial annexes the process asks for. We don't promise approvals, financing or returns that are outside our control.
Let's talkWorking together
Clarity at every stage.
Goal and scope
We agree on the decision or project at hand and what the work must deliver.
Criteria and deliverables
We state assumptions, documents and the conditions for judging progress.
Roles and coordination
We set out responsibilities and how information and decisions flow.
Follow-up and learning
We review progress and deviations. At the close, we check whether the work delivered what was expected.
Next step
Let's talk about your project.
Tell us what you need to decide, where the project stands and who's involved.
